30 Day Money Back Guarantee (webstore purchases)
If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. Due to issuing user codes upon purchase, and the inability to retrieve them, there will be no refund on software. (NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders placed thru the P.E.D. Products store) Returns after 30 days, missing items, or are not in "new" condition, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
P.E.D. Products will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. P.E.D. is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.
- BEFORE sending anything to P.E.D., please contact our Customer Support. We are often able to solve the problem quickly via email or over the phone.
- If our Customer Support determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Prepare a package to return to P.E.D. Products.
- Please include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to address given with RMA.
P.E.D. Products Warranty
P.E.D. products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (6) months from the original date of purchase. P.E.D. Products sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at P.E.D. Products discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. P.E.D. Products assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of it's products. In no event shall P.E.D. Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of any products or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
P.E.D. Products does not offer any warranty or guarantee on items that are damaged due to shipping outside of the United States. Should a defective item be sent back to PED Products without prior consent from the returns department, it will be at the discretion of the returns department to handle the situation accordingly.
